and immediately after came into court Jn Pratt and complained against Jn White in a plea of land viz of one messuage one garden and 4a of land with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid held of this manor within the jurisdiction of this court etc and Jn White brought Edw Abbutt as tenant by warrant etc and Edw Abbutt brought Jas Savill junior and Jn Pratt recovered the land from Jas Savill junior etc and Jn Pratt surrendered the same to Edw Abbutt to have to him his heirs and assigns etc
