at this court it appeared that Susanna Sandford widow and Wm Sandford gentleman eldest son and heir of Jn Sandford gentleman late customary tenant deceased 19.8.1718 surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward all that customary messuage or tenement and eight parcels of land meadow and pasture called Loshes and Fowlmead containing 30a in White Colne in the tenure of Wm Dod or his assigns to the use of Jn Haynes of the parish of St Margaret Westminster bricklayer and Frances his wife for the term of their natural lives and after the decease of the survivor of them to the use of Ann Alderton spinster daughter of Wm Alderton of Fulham Middx gentleman and the heirs of the said Ann legitimately procreated and for defect of issue to the use of Amos Alderton son of the said Wm and his heirs forever upon which came the said Jn Haynes and Frances his wife by the said Solomon Grimston their attorney and were admitted etc and gave fine
