and afterwards the said Jn Tyler and Sarah his wife she solely examined and consenting surrendered the said barn and lands etc now in the occupation of Jn Unwin or his assigns to the use of Cornelius Bogard of Colchester grocer and his heirs and assigns provided always and upon condition that if the said Jn Tyler and Sarah his wife pay to Cornelius Bogard his executors etc the full sum of 200li at or upon 14.5.next then the surrender void
