at this court came Jn Tyler and surrendered by the hands of the deputy steward one barn and certain lands thereunto belonging called or known by the several names of The Barnfield Thredgolds Blowbarns Ballards and Irons containing 7a situate in Earls Colne and now in the occupation of Jn Unwin or his assigns to the use of Jn Newton gentleman his heirs and assigns forever who present was admitted etc and did not pay fine as the admission granted to the intent that a recovery may be had etc and immediately after came Jn Unwin and complained against the said Jn Newton in a plea of land by the name of a barn 10a of land and 6a of pasture with appurtenances in Earls Colne etc and Jn Newton came and brought to warrant the said Jn Tyler and Jn Tyler brought to warrant Jn Coppendale clerk and Jn Unwin recovered against Jn Coppendale and Isaac Potter bailiff delivered seisin etc and after came the said Jn Unwin Jn Coppendale and Jn Tyler and surrendered the said lands to the use of the said Jn Tyler and his assigns for life and after his death to the use of Sarah his wife and her assigns for life and after her decease and of the survivor to the use of the right heirs of the said Jn Tyler forever and they were admitted etc but did not give fine as it was paid upon his former admission
