Wm Oldhall
as divided by the metes and bounds the remainder thereof after their decease and of the longer liver to
Antho Sparrowe
son of the said

Agnes
and his heirs as in a view with court here held
saturday namely 31.7.1540
it was clearly shown she died after the last court seised of such estate and upon this to this court came the said
Anth Sparrowe
and sought admittance to the said messuage with garden adjoining with appurtenances by right of the said remainder and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
