Ralph Brykenheade
gentleman and surrendered into the hands of the lord one tenement with garden adjoining lying in Holl St called
Hegyns
with one croft of land adjoining the said garden with appurtenances as by the metes and bounds and with this intention viz that the lord thereof thus seised should regrant the said tenement garden and croft of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

and to
Ann
his wife to hold to them and their assigns during the whole term of their lifetime and to the longer liver from the lord as of the same said manor by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and the remainder thereof after their decease and of the longer liver to

his wife and the heirs of
Grace
herself and the lord by virtue of the said surrender seised of the said tenement with garden and thus seised at the same said present court granted back by his steward out of his hands the said tenement garden and croft of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

his wife to hold to them and their assigns for the whole term of their lives and to the longer liver the remainder thereof after their decease and of the longer liver to the aforesaid
