Feb. 21: God good to me and mine in many outward mercies, my dear wife grows upwards very comfortably, is up and down in the house, gods name be praised, my two sons well in respect of their sores which might have been very dangerous, my heart is full of vain musings, oh lord when shall they be healed, the word this day very comfortable unto me, oh let it abide, let experimented goodness draw up my heart to a fixed settled confidence in god at all times:
