22. I bestowed on my daughter Jane a silver tankard cost. 4li.16s. on John a porringer cost 36s. whereof Mrs Eldred gave him 32s. and on An a spoon of 10s. which Mrs Abbott gave her, the first plate of value that ever I bought(.) this day Dr. Pullein here, he hired the Justices house, and intends to come over very speedily, though the school be a great loss unto me, yet god will provide for me, and perhaps it may tend very much to my good and my childrens and many others, in and for which I should very heartily rejoice.
