fine 6dwhereas at a view with court here held tuesday 21.5.3Jas1 Thos Man was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs by the surrender of Eliz Stevens widow and Thos Smith to one tenement with appurtenances called Seabrights as by a certain copy of court roll it is fully and legally pledged and shown in court now to this court came the said Thos Mann and Eliz his wife being solely and secretly examined by the steward as is the custom and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the steward 3p of land as it is enclosed parcel of Seabrights lying at the western end of the said tenement called Seabrights to the use and behoof of Jn Bunner and his heirs forever who the same said Jn Bunner present here in court sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by his steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to himself and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as stated in the margin and made fealty to the lord and was admitted tenant thereof
