fine 50s4dwhereas at a court baron here held wednesday 13.3.19Eliz1 Margt Clarke was admitted tenant of the lord for her lifetime to one croft with appurtenances called Olivercroft containing by estimation about 2a with a certain barn built thereon by the surrender of Edm Clarke her husband and after the death of the said Margt to the use and behoof of Jn Clarke son of the said Edm and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such issue the remainder thereof as is written in the last will of the said Edm as by a certain copy of court roll examined here in court and legally pledged fully and shown in court now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said Margt after the last court and before this court died in such estate seised of those premises and that the said Jn Clarke the son by Robt Rookes senior his attorney came here in court and sought admittance to the premises according to the said surrender of the said Edm the lord by his said steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to the said Jn Clarke and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as stated in the margin and the fealty of the said Jn Clarke was respited until he should reach his full age and he was admitted tenant thereof
