and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such issue the remainder thereof as is written in the last will of the said

as by a certain copy of court roll examined here in court and legally pledged fully and shown in court now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said

after the last court and before this court died in such estate seised of those premises and that the said

senior his attorney came here in court and sought admittance to the premises according to the said surrender of the said

the lord by his said steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to the said

and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as stated in the margin and the fealty of the said

was respited until he should reach his full age and he was admitted tenant thereof
