at a view with court held 5.10.1610 Jn Hum was admitted tenant to himself and his heirs to a cottage or tenement adjoining a capital messuage called Masons containing in length 16ft and breadth 17ft as shown by the roll etc now at this court it appears to the homage that after the last court and before this he surrendered to the lord by the hands of Robt Cobbe instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Warde and Jn Peirson the same witnessing all the said premises to the use of Robt Armenall alias Miller and Margt his wife and the heirs of the said Robt forever and the said Robt and Margt she by the said Robt now in court came and asked to be admitted etc and he gave fine 3li
