Boomes Tenement item it is shown by the homage that Robt Greene customary tenant of this manor who held for himself and his heirs from the lord of this manor by the rod etc one rentary with appurtenances late of Wm Boone alias Broome and afterwards of Jn Bieston as by a roll of this court here in court shown bearing the date thursday being 30.12.28Eliz1 clearly shows and appears after the last court and before this court surrendered into the hands of the lord of this manor by the hands of Robt Cobb instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Jn Pierson and Sam Brewer customary tenants of the said manor the same witnessing according to the custom of the said manor the said rentary with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Israel Ennewes his heirs and assigns forever now to this court in person came the aforesaid Israel Ennewes and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the said premises in manner and form stated above whereof the lord of the manor by the said steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to hold and to enjoy the said rentary with appurtenances to the same said Israel his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant
