was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to one cottage with garden adjoining with appurtenances called

which descended to himself by right of inheritance as son and next heir of
Thos Harvey
his father and whereas at a court here held
tuesday being 28.3.1627
it was shown by the homage that the aforesaid
Jn Harvey
after the last court died and that
Thos Harvey
was his brother and next heir now to this court came the said
Thos
and sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by his said steward granted seisin thereof by the rod to have for himself and his heirs forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant
