at this court the third proclamation was thrice made that Jn Holden son and heir of Ann Holden should come to be admitted to the lands and tenements of which the said Ann died seised but he came not sitting the court therefore the said lands and tenements are forfeited to the lord of the said manor according to the custom of the said manor
