surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of

instead of the bailiff and in the presence of

senior and
two customary tenants of the said manor the same testifying etc the said messuage or tenements and five parcels of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Jas Lynnett
of Markeshall Essex yeoman his heirs and assigns forever who present in court humbly sought admittance as tenant of the lord for the premises to whom the lord by the said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the said premises with appurtenances to the said
