at this court the second proclamation was three times made that Phil Mole and Grace his now wife should come to take from the hands of the lord all that part of a certain messuage called Garlands with appurtenances which Walt Pease surrendered to the use and behoof of the said Phil and Grace according as it is shown by copy of court roll here held 2.4.1662 but no one came therefore the seizure made at the said court was continued
