at a court held 14.4.1681 Thos Ballard was admitted to all that part of a messuage called The Swinnesty then in the occupation of Rich Mott or his assigns now at this court the said Thos surrendered the said part of the messuage to the use of Abraham Davy who was admitted etc and gave fine but fealty respited
