at a court held 3.11.1657 Ralph Josselin clerk was admitted to two parts the whole into five parts divided of divers customary lands and tenement called Hobstevens containing 24a and also all the customary land called Pitchards containing 18a and at a court held 5.1.1659 the said Ralph was admitted to the other parts of the premises now at this court it appeared that he died after the last court and that Jn Josselin is his only son and heir who is admitted etc and gave fine and fealty respited
