at a court held 9.3.1686 Mary Pennock and Robt Pennock were admitted to one messuage or tenement called Seabrights with appurtenances late in the occupation of Jn Pennock and at the last court it appeared that the said Mary and Robt surrendered by the hands of Sam Finch instead of the bailiff in the presence of Geo Toller and Thos Bigsby the said messuage etc to the use of Margt Potter daughter of Robt Potter gentleman and her heirs and assigns forever but none came therefore proclamation was made etc now at this court came the said Margt Potter and was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty was respited
