at a court held 3.3.1686 Jn Amye was admitted to one tenement customary with a garden adjoining with appurtenances called Firmin Tylers now at this court it appeared that the said Jn Amye surrendered by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Dan Nightingale and Rich Tyler the said premises to the use of Thos Bigsby his heirs and assigns who was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty was respited etc
