| Boomes Messuage and land lying next to Hyndsland | a court here held 3.1.1668 Jn Fletcher senior was admitted to one messuage and one garden late Wm Greene's (sic part missing) lying next to Hynds Land situate and lying in Earls Colne and at the last court it appeared that the said Jn Fletcher surrendered by the hands of Geo Toller gentleman instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Josselin and Edw Potter the said premises to the use of Jn Fletcher junior his heirs and assigns forever but none came therefore proclamation was made etc now at this court came the said Jn Fletcher junior and was admitted etc and he gave fine and fealty was respited |
