to this court it appears to homage that Margt Holden widow who held to her and her heirs one tenement and 2a land more or less parcel of Reddings of this manor freely by deed and annual rent 18d and services late died thus seised and after her death ought to be paid the lord for relief 18d and after it appears that by her will she had devised said premises to Eliz wife of Jn Flanner for life remainder after death of Eliz to Margt Flanner and her heirs forever and lastly that Jn Flanner and Eliz his wife are present here in court to acknowledge said tenure and relief is paid by said Jn and made fealty
