by court held 11.12.1677 Hen Abbutt senior was admitted to him and his heirs to one messuage or customary tenement with curtilages adjoining called Greens Tenement and also one garden sometime parcel of Jackes Tenement held of the manor by annual rent 7d and also to one croft land built on it called Jackes or Mulberry Croft containing by estimation 1a2r held of annual rent 5s with services now appears etc that Hen Abbutt late died seised and that he himself surrendered the said premises to use of his last will then came into court Grace Abbutt daughter of Hen Abbutt junior her father said Hen Abbutt in part of attorney or deputy which premises her grandfather Hen Abbutt had devised to her by his will to her and her heirs humbly petition etc admitted to premises etc giving fine fealty respited
