at a court held 4.4.1671 Wm Adams was admitted to him and heirs to 1r land lying between land called Hayhouse and to part of a gate and at a court held 16.7.1649 said Wm was admitted to him and heirs to one croft land called Pettycroft containing by estimation 1a more or less now at this court etc said Wm late died seised and that Hen Adams is his brother and next heir who is present here in court and humbly petitions etc admitted said premises
