and also at this court appears to homage that Dorcas Wenden widow Eliz Crow widow and Mary Hurrell widow sisters and coheirs of Jn Crow deceased late customary tenant of this manor 7.3.1718 by rod into hand of lord by hand of Solomon Grimston gentleman in place of the bailiff in presence of Dan Bayley and Wm Boosey two customary tenants etc all that messuage or tenement and one croft of land to it belonging containing by estimation 2a more or less parcel of Bowerfeild with appurtenances situate in Earls Colne late in the tenancy of said Jn Crow and held of this manor by copy of court roll to use of Mary Cooke one of the daughters of Jn Cooke of Earls Colne yeoman her heirs and assigns forever which Mary present here in court lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by the rod to have and to hold etc giving fine and is admitted tenant
