and also it appears to homage that Wm Boosbey a customary tenant of this manor 3.8.1724 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Isaac Potter in place of the bailiff in presence of Rich Potter and Jn Brewster two customary tenants etc all and singular his customary messuages lands and tenements whatsoever held of the manor by copy of court roll to uses of the last will of said Wm in writing
