and also lastly it appears that Jn Andrews a customary tenant of this manor 28.11.1724 surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Isaac Potter in presence of Hen Adams and Jn White two customary tenants etc all that his customary messuage or tenement with appurtenances in which he now lives to uses of his last will in writing
