fine 2s (in later hand) Bercroft (inserted) new rent 12s one increase 2s at this court the lord granted to Jn Turnor alias Bon John one parcel of one croft called Berecroft containing 7a2r of land together with a way from the said parcel of the said croft lying between a croft of Christian Sonyngwell on one part and a croft of Robt Kyrton on the other part one head abutting upon gardens of the said Robt Kyrton Jn Hyne Jn Taylor and Robt Mathew and the other head abutting on a path leading from the manor towards the lord's park and the aforesaid way lies outside the said croft which is granted to the said Jn Turnor for the said croft called The Berecroft and for a close of the aforesaid manor with driving and carrying and a way out for driving his beasts with free ingress and egress without condition to have and to hold to the said Jn Turnor his heir and assigns the said parcel of the said croft together with the aforesaid way with all their appurtenances as previously named forever for the rent thereof annually to the lord per annum of 12s at the usual terms equally and he gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty etc
