fine nothing because there was a fine above for entry | to this court came Roger Mourdon Wm Atte Wode and Thos Bonyle and surrendered into the hands of the lady a certain gateway leading from the garden of a tenement late of the said Jn At Sloo with driving and redriving rights into Bercroft Lane for carrying and carting with a horse and cart with free entry and exit from the aforesaid tenement by the gateway and aforesaid lane as far as into a field called Berecroft and for watering at the lady's pond there without damage and harm to the lady and her demesne viz for them entirely as lately had from the lady by a copy and fully shown in the same to the use of the aforesaid Robt Smyth Jn Salvache and Jn Smyth to whom it was granted thereof seisin to hold to themselves and their heirs by the rod at the will of the lady and by the services and customs thereunto belonging and accustomed and they gave nothing for a fine because they were fined above by the steward |
