fine 18d | at this court the lord granted and let to farm to Jn Turnor otherwise called Bonjon one dovehouse with a curtilage adjoining situate within the manor of Earls Colne to have and to hold the said dovehouse with curtilage and all other profits to the same dovehouse belonging to the said Jn and his attorneys from michaelmas even to the end and term of the nonage of Jn de Veer son and heir of Rich de Veer late earl of Oxford yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his attorneys 18d by the year at usual terms equally etc and the said Jn and his attorneys shall have free ingress and egress to the said dovehouse without contradiction of anyone whatsoever etc and the said Jn and his attorneys shall repair maintain and keep the said dovehouse well and competently with tiling and dawbing during the term aforesaid and the lord and his attorneys shall repair and keep the said dovehouse with timber and carpenters work during the term aforesaid well and competently at their own proper costs and charges etc and also the lord granted to the same Jn 1a of land with appurtenances lying in the field called Longland between the land of Jn Pannell of the one part and the land of Jn Mason of the other part to have and to hold to the said Jn and his attorneys from the feast of michaelmas for the term aforesaid yiel ding therefore yearly to the lord or his attorneys 2d by year at the usual terms equally |
