| fine 12d | to this court came Jn Maldon Wm Attewood and Jn Wright of Colford Hill and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement with a garden sometime Robt Kirton's lying between the green called Tollehouse Green of the one part and the cottage of Rich Gosebolle of the other part one head abutting on the said green and the other on the highway to the use of Wm Tynyot and Agnes his wife to whom the lord now at this court granted seisin thereof to hold to the same Wm and Agnes their heirs and assigns of the lord to the will of the lord by ancient services etc and gave fine etc and made fealty |
