| fine 4d | it was shown by an inquisition that Jn Wodeward died after the last court on the day that he died he held from the lord one croft of land with appurtenances in the right of Margt lately his wife who was the daughter lately of Wm Burdevyll containing 3a3r of land sometime of Wm Rosscheden and they say that Joan is the daughter and next heir of the said Jn and Margt and of full age who present in court and sought admittance for herself and was admitted thereof tenant to hold to the same said Joan her heirs and assigns from the lord at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs etc saving the right etc and she gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty |
