and sought one messuage with curtilage adjoining as their inheritance after the death of

as his heirs etc the same said

gave to the lord for a fine for an inquisition of right etc and upon this the inquisition thereof being charged said upon their oath that the aforesaid

came and surrendered one cottage with garden to the use of
