fine 2s | to this court came Jn Litill and took out of the lord's hands three crofts of land called Chalspighell whereof one head abutteth on Berys Lane and the other on the tenement called Cogges to have and to hold to the same Jn his heirs and assigns from the date of this court unto the end and term of seven years then immediately following and fully to be complete yielding therefore yearly to the lord of this manor his heirs and attorneys 9s6d at the usual term of the manor by equal portions and the said Jn Litle his heirs and assigns shall crop and shrud at seasonable times without waste and shall make the enclosure at their proper costs and charges during the term aforesaid and he giveth the lord for fine for his entry 2s and made fealty |
