fine 3s4dand it is found by the homage that Jn Cobbe which held of the lord together with Isabel his wife and Geof Audeley yet living four crofts of land called Michells lying in Earls Colne late in the tenure of Jn Pecocke of Coggeshall died since the last court and that the same Jn Cobbe by his last will shown here in the court willed and assigned that the said Isabel might have and enjoy the said four crofts of land for term of her life and after her death the said four crofts of land should remain to Wm Cobbe and his heirs forever to whom the lord granted seisin to hold to them and Nich Moore and Robt Bieston annd the heirs and assigns of the said Wm Cobbe of the lord by the rod of the will of the lord etc and they give for fine and made fealty
