| Stevens | fine 2s to this court came Wm Clerke and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement customary with the appurtenances situate and lying in Colne aforesaid which sometime was in the tenure of Robt Stephens and late of Jn Clerke father of the said Wm to the use of Eliz Wingfield widow late wife of Walt Wingfield esq deceased Hen Markwin esq Humph Wingfield esq and Robt Bieston their heirs and assigns to the intent that they therewith all shall fulfil the last will of the said Walt Wingfield deceased to which Eliz Hen Markwin Humph Wingfield and Robt Bieston by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs to the use and intent aforesaid of the lord by the rod etc and they give to the lord for fine and made fealty |
