fine 12d at this court Jn Sparrowe and Agnes his wife the same Agnes solely examined by the steward and agreeing surrendered into the hands of the lord one croft of customary land with appurtenances called Dovehowse Field in Colne aforesaid late Hallegarden and abutting at one head of the lord's park called the Common Pound and the other head on the land of Robt Bieston called Bearecroft as shown etc to the use of Wm Davison and Joan his wife Wm Swattock and Jn Tilwick who present in court the lord delivered seisin to hold to themselves and the heirs of Wm and Jn of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor and a rent of 10s per annum and the aforesaid Wm Davison gave the lord the fine etc
