Joldens etcfine 8d to this court came Marge Dickman widow which had estate with Jn Ponchard late her husband now deceased to them and their heirs according to the custom of the manor of and in one messuage barn and garden customary with the appurtenances and of and in three crofts of land customary with the appurtenances called Wallefields lying in Colne aforesaid and surrendered into the hands of the lord the king all and singular the aforesaid messuage barn and garden and the foresaid crofts of land with the appurtenances to the use of Jn Tilwick Jn Estay and Hen Polein their heirs and assigns to the use of the said Jn Tilwick to whom by the steward of the lord the king there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord the king by the rod to the will etc and giveth the lord the king fine etc yet this surrender and seisin thereof delivered is made on condition following viz if the foresaid Jn Tilwicke or his certain attorney or his heirs pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Marge or her certain attorney or executors in the feast of michaelmas.next coming after the date of this court 20s and that they pay or cause to be paid to Isabel the wife of Jn Reynham late the wife of Walt Tidder 6li13s4d parcel of 12li as yet to the same Isabel not paid for the premises according to the form and tenor of a certain surrender and bargain for the premises made as in the court with the leet here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 23Hen7 13.6.1508 more plainly appeareth that then this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered stand in all his force and virtue and for default of any payment of the payments aforesaid etc it shall be lawful to reenter etc provided yet notwithstanding that the foresaid Marge Dickman shall have all the issues and profits of the foresaid crofts of land with the appurtenances even to the feast of michaelmas.next coming etc and the profits and emoluments of the foresaid messuage barn and garden even from this court to the feast of michaelmas.next coming
