lying in Colne aforesaid and surrendered into the hands of the lord the king all and singular the aforesaid messuage barn and garden and the foresaid crofts of land with the appurtenances to the use of

to whom by the steward of the lord the king there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord the king by the rod to the will etc and giveth the lord the king fine etc yet this surrender and seisin thereof delivered is made on condition following viz if the foresaid
