and to this court came the foresaid Maud and Margt her daughter and in consideration that they the said Maud and Margt may have enjoy obtain to them their heirs and assigns against Eliz Wingfield widow late wife and executrix of the last will of Walt Wingfield gentleman deceased and against the heirs and assigns of the foresaid Walt Wingfield two cottages sometime Wm Attewood's one messuage sometime Jn Humfreys one croft of land called Wallnuttcroft one tenement called Firman Tilers with all the appurtenances and commodities whatsoever surrender into the lord's hands one customary called Borrowes 6a of land with the appurtenances one croft of land called Litle Borrowes one croft of land called Stoneley to the intent that the lord lord thereof so seised might regrant the foresaid tenement croft and parcel of land and other the premises with their appurtenances to the foresaid Maud widow for term of her life to remain from thence after her decease to the foresaid Eliz Wingfield widow Hen Markham esq Thos Tirrell gentleman Jn Materas their heirs and assigns viz to the use of the foresaid Eliz for term of her life and after her decease to the heirs and assigns of the foresaid Walt Wingfield to execute do and perform the last will of the foresaid Walt Wingfield deceased and on condition aforesaid and the lord thereof so seised at this court regranted the foresaid croft of land and other the premises and other the appurtenances to the foresaid Maud and her assigns for term of her life to remain after her decease to the foresaid Eliz as above etc to the intent aforesaid of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give fine and the foresaid Maud made fealty
