Pondecrofte | fine 12d to this court came Jn Reinham and Isabel his wife late the wife of Walt Tidder deceased and the same Isabel alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward confessed and surrendered intothe lord's hands one croft of land with the appurtenances called Pondecrofte to the intent that the lord might regrant the foresaid croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Reinham and Isabel and the heirs of the said Jn of the lord etc and the lord thereof so seised at this present court regranted out of his hands the foresaid croft of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn and Isabel and the heirs of the said Jn to hold to them and the heirs of the said Jn to whom the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof to hold to them and the heirs of the said Jn of the lord by the rod etc and they give fine etc and made fealty |
