Sonells Bredgmans | fine 8d to this court came Jn Barbor and Rose his wife and Wm Orvis and Ann his wife sisters and coheirs of Jn Materas son and heir of Robt Materas deceased and crave themselves to be admitted to one tenement or messuage with a garden adjoining customary with the appurtenances called Sonells and to one tenement and divers crofts of land and meadow called Bredgemans containing by estimation 20a of land which lately were seised into the lord's hands at the last court with the leet here holden because nobody came to claim the premises after the death of the said Jn Materas as in the said last court more plainly appears and offer themselves to make fine and fealty and hereupon the lord now at this present court thereof seised by means of the seizure aforesaid of his special grace by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid messuage and garden and the foresaid crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Barbour and Rose his wife Wm Orvis and Ann his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the said Rose and Ann to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the foresaid Rose and Ann of the lord by the rod etc and they give for fine etc |
