| Sonnells Bredgmans | fine 12d to this court came Jn Barbour and Rose his wife Wm Orvis and Ann his wife and the said Rose and Ann alone and secretly by the steward examined and confessed and surrendered into the lord's hands one messuage with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Sonnelles and one tenement or certain lands or meadows with the appurtenances called Bredgemans to the use of Thos Rowte and Rose his wife their heirs and assigns to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc and they give fine and made fealty |
