Haies and Pannells | fine 20d it is found by the homage that Jn Coo who held jointly with Jn Wro and Walt Tidder deceased to them and their heirs according to the custom of the manor to the use of the said Jn Coo and his heirs out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Sparrowe the lord's bailiff in the presence of Wm Lingwood Roger Hitchcock and Wm Finche the lord's tenants the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor one tenement customary with the appurtenances late Jn Haies and Agnes deceased and one barn with a garden adjoining with all the appurtenances called Pannells in Colne aforesaid to the use of Thos Waller and Agnes his wife and the heirs of the said Thos to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin the reof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same Thos of the lord by the rod to the will etc and they give the lord for fine and made fealty |
