the foresaid
Jn Reynold
surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid curtilage with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Jn Johnson
and
Maud
his wife their heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine and made fealty etc
