parcel of Firmyn Tilers Xfine 3s4d to this court came Jn Estaie and Margt his wife and the same Margt alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands one barn with a garden adjoining sometime parcel of the tenement called Firmintylers as the foresaid barn with the garden adjoining lie in Colne aforesaid viz between the tenement and garden now in the hands of Clem Sparrowe called Firmyntilers of the one part and the highway called Parklane of the other part to the use of Jn Leffingwell and his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yielding therefore yearly to the lord and his heirs lord's of this manor 16d sterling at two usual terms of the manor and suit at court according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
