Bromecrofts and Berecrofte four# acres right to chase# Xfine 8d# it is found by the homage that Agnes Bieston widow out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Attewood bailiff in the presence of Jn Carter and Jn Pennocke the lord's tenants and others the same witnessing three crofts of customary lands with the appurtenances called Bromecrofts lying in Colne aforesaid and one croft of land called Berecrofte with a way leading to the foresaid field to drive and chase etc and one meadow late parcel of the said croft called Berecrofte containing by estimation 3a of land as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Nich Banbury and Joan his wife and the heirs of the same Nich which Nich and Joan being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the said Nich of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
