yet living to them and their heirs to the use of the same

and his heirs of the lord etc three crofts of land containing by estimation 20a of land or more etc called

as etc out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jn Attewood
in stead of the bailiff in the presence of
Wm Beald
and
Jn Estaie
the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid three crofts of land with the appurtenances to the use of
Wm Bruer
of Great Tey
Wm Wade
and
Rich Wade
their heirs and assigns to the alone use of the said
Rich Wade
and his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the use aforesaid etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
