parcel of Tollehousegreene Xfine 6d it is found by the homage that Margt late the wife of Jn Estaie one of the daughters and coheirs of Nich Moore deceased who held to her and her heirs of the lord as of this manor by the rod etc half of one parcel of land called Tollehousegreene containing in length 6rods and in breadth 12ft late the said Nich Moore's deceased died long before the last court of and in the said parcel of land with the appurtenances sole seised in her demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and they say further that Wm Estaie of the age of 13yr and more is the son of the foresaid Margt and next heir thereunto and hath right to the premises who by Jn Estaie his father and attorney in this behalf came and craved to be admitted thereto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lor d's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of the attorney aforesaid to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
