Wallers | fine 12d it is found by the homage that Jn Reinham (Jn Reyner ) out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Leffingwell one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Clem Sparrowe likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one customary tenement with the appurtenances lying near Tollehousegreene called Wallers and one parcel of customary land to the same tenement adjoining containing 3rods and a half in length and in breadth 2rods2ft of standard as by the metes and bounds etc to the use of Jn Bruer of Colne aforesaid the elder his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
