and surrendered into the lord's hands one cottage with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances sometime

of Greate Tey as etc to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant out of his hands the said cottage with the garden adjoining with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the said

and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid cottage with the garden and the appurtenances so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining and the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the said

to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same

of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
